- Heads-down on Kugelblitz’s public beta — pushing on truthfulness and latency so an avatar feels less like a demo and more like a conversation.

Building & learning
- Getting sharper on evaluation for generative systems — how you measure “truthful” without fooling yourself.
- Relearning how much of good ML work is really data and feedback loops, not models.
Thinking about
- Where the honest line sits between a helpful avatar and one that pretends to be a person.
- Economics and philosophy of AI — who gets amplified, and who gets flattened.
Life
- Vienna. Two small kids, so my “free time” is a rounding error — and I wouldn’t trade it.
- Carrying a camera again. Trying to take one photograph a week that I’d actually print.
